Ten years ago Steve transitioned out of his successful corporate career into the world of small cap investing which he is very passionate about. He is thrilled to help entrepreneurs and small companies attain their potential and dreams. Using his vast institutional investment network in North America he not only helps companies raise tens of millions of dollars but also helps in their messaging, marketing and corporate development.

Manish Dixit is a visionary business and technology leader with a knack for building successful enterprises. With over two decades of experience in technology, media, innovation & start-ups, he’s passionate about AI and Blockchain technology and how it will impact businesses in the coming years. Manish has successfully built and exited from two companies – a software services firm, and a digital media firm, which were both acquired by Internet of Things Inc.
Manish has managed several large to mid-size enterprise Software Projects and has spent extensive time growing and empowering teams across the globe. Most recently Manish served as CTO of Agile Blockchain Corp, a Blockchain company focused on providing solutions to the supply-chain industry. Manish also spent several years throughout his career being part of the action at Silicon Valley, USA. He was a member of the technical staff for Tornado Development team and a Strategic Integrator of several third-party tools at Wind River Systems (windriver.com : now a subsidiary of Intel Corporation and a world leader in embedded and mobile software). At Wind River he got the opportunity to work with technology gurus and the leaders of the industry (Tornado/VxWorks Development Team – NASA’s several aerospace missions run on VxWorks platform including Mars Pathfinder).
Manish is a graduate in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay, California.

Mark has pioneered, championed and taught advanced information technology for over 30 years as a software development executive, Project Manager, IBM-certified trainer and college professor. He has personally developed and delivered education programs to well over 25,000 students and professionals worldwide. As a project manager, he has led over 1000 projects, big and small. The projects always have a common demonstrator: assist the business in applying advanced information technologies in order to gain a competitive edge. Today, that means applying machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, real-time analytics, blockchain/Hyperledger. He takes a keen interest in experiential learning and transitioning his students to successful IT careers. He is an organizer of blockbuster “cause” hackathons such DementiaHack, Fishhackathon and 4by4 (Sustainable Tourism).
Mark is an Honors graduate in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario specializing in Artificial Intelligence.
VP of Inclusivity, Innovation and Intelligence
As VP of Inclusivity, Innovation and Intelligence Andra Enescu helps to create a transformative platform of empowerment and diversity at TekGenz for individuals who demonstrate leadership, innovation and grit. Andra began her career as a securities lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, a prominent Bay street law firm, where she developed a broad spectrum of experience representing public & private companies and investment dealers in various sectors. Andra is passionate in identifying and getting involved in new and disruptive trends within the technology industry. Andra transitioned into the cannabis industry and currently acts as CEO of Quadz Inc. where she is focused on launching an independent retail chain that offers cannabis products and accessories to the adult-use recreational market in provinces that permit the private sale of retail cannabis. Andra was entrenched at the forefront of the cannabis industry and has travelled internationally to facilitate transactions and explore the global dynamics of the ever-evolving cannabis space.
As a lawyer, entrepreneur and trailblazer, Andra has forged her own path in life and is committed to effecting change. She has dedicated herself to a number of philanthropic initiatives that support young professionals, empowerment of women and educating children.
Andra obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University, Faculty of Law in Australia, a Double Honours Degree as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), English and French from York University, in Toronto and studied International Law at London School of Economics (LSE) in London, UK. Andra is a member of the Ontario Bar.

In 2019, he was selected as a Canadian Delegate to attend the G20 YEA (Young Entrepreneurs Alliance) in Japan, that brought together some of the world’s top entrepreneurs to advance youth entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth, innovation and social change. Zavosh continues his efforts to make a global impact with a mission to empower 1 million entrepreneurs.
